The Ito Story
Ito Japanese Steakhouse is a restaurant built on love: for people, family, comfort, good quality, simplicity and beautiful design.
Opened in December 2014, Ito is owned, managed and run by a family – a husband and wife from Denver, Colorado and her parents from California. After 35 years of experience in the food industry, they desired to start their first restaurant as a family. They specifically chose Florence, Colorado after seeing the property for rent. They were initially nervous: how would the city and community support this venture?
The owners of Ito are very happy that the Florence community of citizens has been extremely welcoming and supportive. Ito wishes to stay as long as possible and thanks the many people who have visited and helped them on their journey.
